Order Processing Time
All orders are usuallu processed within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Estimated Shipping Times
We utilize express courier services to ensure your products arrive promptly. Please see the estimated delivery windows below:
- United States: 7 – 12 business days
- Canada: 7– 15 business days
Order Tracking
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package's journey directly on our website or via the carrier's portal.
Important Notes
- Peak Seasons & Holidays: During high-volume periods (such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and Christmas), postal networks experience high demand. Please allow an additional 3 to 5 business days for delivery during these times.
- Customs and Duties (Canada): Orders shipped to Canada may occasionally be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause deviations from our original delivery estimates. Any import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
